Stacey Picard brings more than 15 years of senior level management experience in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors.

As the Finance Director of Beaumont School, Stacey brought a blend of business experience and commitment to mission in order to balance the current budget and put in place a ten-year surplus budget projection. Stacey oversaw all aspects of the financial management of the school, including budgeting, financial aid administration and endowment investments. She also managed the physical plant and directed several school improvements including the renovation of the Athletics facilities.
 

Additionally, Stacey implemented a number of special initiatives including the school’s master technology plan, a collaboration with the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland, and the student sponsorship program. Stacey worked actively to cultivate supporters of the school and personally solicited and secured major gifts and tuition sponsorships from individuals, corporations and community foundations.

As the Chief Financial Officer of a technology consulting firm, Stacey was a part of the strategic management team that grew the company revenues over 200% in eight years.

She has served on the Boards of numerous schools and other organizations throughout the Cleveland Diocese in the areas of strategic planning, fund advisory and Board governance.
