SDG Advisors was founded by Stacey Picard and Sr. Ritamary Welsh, OSU in the summer of 2007. It was a unique partnership of forward-thinking women with complementary strengths and broad experience. Together, Stacey and Sr. Ritamary successfully worked with dozens of schools on projects that included strategic restructuring, annual fund growth, capital campaign planning and enrollment management, just to name a few.

In 2013, Sr. Ritamary took on the additional role of supporting her Ursuline community as a Major Gifts Officer, and she remains a senior strategic advisor to SDG to this day.
